The BSTRD.PRO offers an airtight duel-door bottom vent for ease of airflow in, and an easy slide top vent with built in rain cover for weather protection and air out.

Compact Grill
The BSTRD. Compact is made for the moments that take you beyond the garden. Smaller in size, built for the journey, and ready to cook properly wherever you land. It's got all the capability and power of our larger ovens but with the ease and portability. Big enough to feed two to four people or roast for six.
With it's compact size and built in carry handles you can take the fire with you and create memories around food within the most beautiful settings. There is no compromise with this oven. Sear, roast, cook direct or indirect, and run low and slow, all powered by charcoal and controlled airflow. The BSTRD. Compact comes with everything you need. Solo Units
The BSTRD Pro and Core grill are available as Solo units designed to be integrated into an outdoor kitchen set up.
We can provide units from OFYR, Roostr and Whistler which are directly compatible with the BSTRD units in all sizes.
