Cook with wood for smoky intensity, gas for clean heat, or charcoal for earthy depth. All powered by a suite of next-generation features and purpose-built accessories that make live-fire cooking feel effortless. From the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit, which gives you the power to control wood like gas, to an intuitive digital interface that displays real-time air and stone temperature, with twin meat probes that track two cuts independently—so you know exactly when your food is perfectly cooked.
