The Professional Charlie Oven comes with three stainless steel heavy-duty cooking racks as standard. 
 
The grill rods are solid stainless steel and are strong enough to hold the weight of butcher's hooks to hang meat.  The rods swivel.
 
The racks are longer than those used in the Charlie home-use ovens.   
 
Additional racks will increase your cooking capacity, as the professional oven has nine cooking positions and can multiple shelves at the same time. 
 
The racks will support full-size gastronorm pans.
