What makes it brilliant
The angled stainless steel rack holds your skewers directly over the fire for that perfect balance of char, sear, and smoky flavour. As the juices drip onto the coals, you get that unmistakable grillhouse aroma rising through the food.
You get two full sets of skewers: six medium (perfect for cubed meats, chicken, veg and cheese) and six fat sword-like blades (ideal for wrapping koftas or threading softer, fattier ingredients that need more support). Each one is shaped for smooth, easy turning by hand so you stay in control.
Fast cooking with big flavour
The Charlie gives you direct heat from the flames for char and sear, plus indirect heat from the oven chamber that surrounds and cooks the food evenly. The result? Quick cooking with deep, smoky flavour.
The rack slips into position along the rack holders at the lowest level of your Charlie, placing your skewers just above the coals for high-impact grilling.
